How will I receive my order?
You will be emailed a dispatch note and then should receive your product within 2-3 working days in the UK by royal mail post. Please note: First Class post is at your own risk and items can not be tracked.

Who are DirectPay?

Is shopping on the Internet safe?
Communication between the you, us and DirectPay is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the DirectPay server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the DirectPay system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.

Can I exchange or receive a refund on my product?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Our returns centre will be happy to process an exchange for you, so if there is another item that you would prefer over the one you have already received, please include written details with the item you return. If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and enclose it in your parcel. This can then be sent to the address below. Please note, we recommend that you use recorded delivery or get a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.
